Cobra Products 00412BL Zip-It Drain Cleaning Tool

WOW!!! This Cobra Products 00412BL Zip-It Drain Cleaning Tool super low priced drain cleaning tool works incredibly well!!! My bathtub had been going down slower and slower. Plus, the drain was not holding the water in the tub completely. It's narrow, flexible, and simple to stick down a drain, and the little teeth grab all the hair as it comes up. I'm sure there are other tools that are better for serious clogs, but this was great for preventing small clogs from ever becoming big ones.
Use Cobra Products 00412BL Zip-It to clear clogged and slow-running drains
If you have a drain that doesn't drain that quickly, get one of these and it should make short work of the drain. Side note: The reverse-direction 'barbs' it has make removal from some drains a bit of a pain; and I wouldn't let small children play with this. With that being said, obviously the latter point shouldn't need to be said, but still, it can be pretty sharp.
I've been searching for another one. I have only finally found it here after searching through pages and pages of drain cleaning tools. This product is excellent, and truly a long-haired girl's best friend. I've never had luck with drain catchers in my tubs, but finally came across one that worked (link below). However, in order for it to do it's job, I needed a trusty product to unclog the shower drain. The ridged, flexible tool is easy to use and pulls every wad of hair out of your drain as far as it can reach.

BestAir 3BT-6 Original BT Humidifier Bacteriostatic Water Treatment

I use a cap full in each bottle of water in my bemis humidifer and BestAir 3BT-6 Original BT Humidifier Bacteriostatic Water Treatment really helps with build up and that musty smell of setting water. We bought a humidifier last winter (2013) and after two months the filter started to smell. This year (2012) I read the product reviews and purchased this stuff along with a new filter. It has been three months and our humidifier filters does not smell.
BestAir 3BT-6 Humidifier Bacteriostatic Works extremely well and one bottle will last the entire winter season.
Have used this product for the past 2 years and have always been very satisfied. The filters stay clean and there is no build up of calcium or other junk on the tank and never any odor as others have mentioned. I highly recommend this for your use in humidefiers.
Before buying this the filter it had a musty sort of smell even though I would rinse the filter and clean the humidifier weekly. With this product I do not have this smell. A rich, moist, and slightly warmer environment like that in a humidifier is pretty much a playground for microbes including fungi and bacteria. I would advise finding a 5 milliliter syringe and using that to put the treatment into your humidifier. The easiest method is just to translate that out to 5mL/gallon. Works beautifully.

Hakko CHP-170 Micro Clean Cutter, 16 Gauge Maximum Cutting Capacity

This Hakko CHP-170 Micro Clean Cutter is the best by far when it comes to cutting those tough to reach RDA coil leads. I have a Hakko 888 soldering station that I love and I decided to see if other Hakko-branded products meet the same standard. I find that these cutters do meet the standard. I have always wanted a pair of these...spring handle...flush cut...comfortable and substantial.
Micro Clean Cutter, 16 Gauge Maximum Cutting Capacity
This is a very good pair of diagonal cutters. The blades are aligned, sharp, and true and I always get a good clean cut. I frequently use this on component leads, #18 awg solid and stranded as well as on #14 stranded copper-clad steel antenna wire with no problems.
They have a pretty wide range of cutting different gauges. So far I have really enjoyed being able to flush cut a solder joint and get the shrink to go on smoothly. Recently I got into 3D printing, and discovered that I needed a lot of different finishing tools for my projects. In the past I've used razor blades and X-Acto knives, each of which has its strong points, but I've discovered that I needed something that is both strong and precise for these tasks.

Emergency Mylar Blankets

Google it and you'll be amazed how many things you can do with these. These are a larger, more generous size than some of the competing brands. Big advantage. The Viskey Emergency Blanket are perfect to tuck in a stocking as a Christmas gift. My entire family now carries these in their cars in the event they break down and need to stay warm until help arrives. The price is right too.
Viskey Emergency Blanket
Great to carry in our emergency kits and the car. We traveled when temps were in negative digits. Was nice to know we had these in case of an emergency situation. Easy to pack and durable.
The Emergency Viskey Mylar Blankets are proven designs. Perfect for keeping my outdoor pets cooler. Good emergency protection, and pretty versatile--blanket, ground cloth, windbreak, tarpaulin, sun shade, solar reflector, emergency signal, insulation wrapper, sleeping bag cover and also sleeping bag liner.

Nite Ize GT6-2PK-01 Gear Tie Reusable 6-Inch Rubber Twist Tie

A simple concept and a quality product with a multitude of uses! I purchased these with a few specific applications in mind, e.g. bundling and hiding electronic cords, and they have worked very well. I have purchased two more batches, each with several packets in different lengths, because I am finding so many more uses for them: at home, in the car, at motels/hotels, on hiking gear.
Nite Ize GT6-2PK-01 Gear Tie Reusable 6-Inch Rubber Twist Tie
This is great for shortening up cords. I have two cell phones, one for work and a personal, and with as much as I'm on the phone while traveling, its great to shorten up the cords so when not in use, they aren't dangling on the floor boards of my truck.
Gear Tie Reusable Rubber Twist Ties from Nite Ize are perfect for temporarily wrapping up cords of appliances, computer equipment, or electronics (eg, headphones). The first time I saw a Nite Ize Gear Tie, I wondered why I hadn't thought of inventing that product myself. I use them for tying up cords for my iPod headphones, rice maker, steam iron, computer cables, and about 100 other annoying electric cords found around the house.

3M Indoor Window Insulator Kit, 5-Window

I've used this 3M Indoor Window Insulator Kit, 5-Window product for over 12 years. You need to clean the surface with an alcohol swab before applying the tape, letting it dry thoroughly first. Desperate to try and save a few bucks on my electric bill I thought I should at least give this product a try. I had no problem hanging the plastic. The double sided tape and plastic were very forgiving.
Keep #winter drafts out and warm air in with #3M #window insulator kits
The difference really is in the tape. It has the right amount of sticking power. You won't have to continuous apply pressure for it to stick, which is what I have experienced with many other brands. Also, the plastic is stronger than many others. I love this product.
It works! I did have a smooth surface available around each window which does help the tape adhere, might be a consideration if you have heavily textured walls. Great product. Room feels warmer and my breezes are blocked. Clean the sill/casing with rubbing alcohol to remove oils/dirt. Cut the plastic film to the width you need. Apply tape. Stick on film. Blow dry out the wrinkles.

Mini Cree Led Flashlight Torch Adjustable Focus Light Lamp

This time I bought them from the BestDeal777 store and man is the "quality" night and day compared to the ones my brother bought. The BestDeal777 lights were far more superior then where ever my brother bought his. This Mini Cree Led Flashlight Torch Adjustable Focus Light Lamp is one of my two favorite lights ever. It's small, it uses a single AA NiMH battery, it's very focusable, and it pumps out more light than any other flashlight I've ever seen.
This Mini Cree Led Flashlight is a very sold pocket torch for everyday use.
This is my light of choice whether at work of trying to read a menu. Using one AA cell (vice AAA) makes it cheap to use. I bought a bunch to give away because I know others will use it.
As far as I can tell, it's the brightest AA light available today. In fog or smoke, it's like having a light saber. I call mine The Eye of Sauron... at least, until I get a brighter light someday. The "telescoping" method used to focus the light beam is not at all effective in any way at keeping moisture out of the flashlight. Trust me on this, I accidentally dropped the flashlight in a puddle at night, before I lost it, and water flooded the LED compartment.

Eforcity shipped in 6 days; BestDeal777 shipped in 11 days. The BestDeal777 light has branding ("CREE" on one side, "HWA/WYS UltraFire" on the other), while the Eforcity light is blank. The Eforcity one is better for long-distance signalling, since a half-press simply turns the light off instead of changing modes. The first was a iTP A3 EOS 96 Lumen Flashlight which is keychain-sized and uses a single AAA battery.
